Fix Windows Sound and Mic Default Options

Hit the Windows key on your keyboard and type: Sound

Hit Enter.

Once inside the Sound options, choose your desired speakers under "Output" and desired Mic through "Input"

Once you choose your desired settings, restart Virbela and try talking to someone in the world. There should be a speech bubble over the avatar's head when talking. 

If the problem is not solved and you still cannot hear users - turn off all output devices in Windows settings. Also remember to disconnect additional monitors and check if the problem still exists.

We recommend using wired devices. So if you have bluetooth headphones or speakers, unplug them and try using wired headphones and a microphone
